For those who think the green stuff is too extreme:
well i'm working on the framework to replace the green with a more conventional light blue :)
If i'll have a bit of time also a white version in the future..
wow, i'll wait for it...

just personal opinion from me..
no offense at all, because theme and UI feel is just a matter of personal thing.
for me, i didn't like green stuff, stock gingerbread theme too :)..
it just looks like old 80's computer theme.. green and black.
i prefer the stock froyo framework you gave
but white is good, hope you will build the white one... nice rom mate, love it :)

Those files should be applied via clockwork recovery with signed zip, my fault i had to explain better.
I'm afraid you have to flash the CEE 3.4.2-155 sbf via RSD Lite 4.9

1) Mainly i'm java developer, this is the first experience with a rom (and i have to say thanks to fritolays, also for the patience)

2) The easy way is droidwall, get it, it's free. It lets you block the internet access for the apps you want.

GMail and YouTube are missing..
i should get the those APK from decompiled sbf 3.4.2-155
(market doesn't allow me to download it, because my silly operator cannot find it. some operator hiding apps from market, i can't find google earth, youtube, gmail, etc)

um.. just a curiousity, why you remove it?

i went for the aosp email.apk from cyanogen, and about youtube app.. i didn't find it in the CEE 3.4.2-155 system folder, not sure, perhaps i deleted it while cleaning but probably deblur roms comes w/o youtube app

if those apps do not affect the overall speed i could include them in the next release

EDIT: looking into the stock CEE 3.4.2-155 now, yes youtube is here

I took 3 audiolib files and two apk from CN froyo (blurphone.apk and soundrecorder.apk).
Take a look here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=994570
also go to the post 24, download the zip and look into, you'll find all the files you need. The file explorer in the zip is not really needed, just remember your calls are saved into /sdcard/voice/
Thanks to _ReBoot_ and Simplestas

EDIT: just realized you're already following that thread, also you posted the audiolibs in another thread. So, not much to do then, besides the libs i just replaced those two apks.

i've known about the libs for quite some time, and i can see those apks are modified, haven't quite figured out exactly what though.
also, does it have anything to do with core/servives.jar?

edit, ok it has nothing to do with jar's.

ps. why did you set such low values for lowmemorykiller? the first few values are actually lower than default.

No they're not related to services.jar or other framework stuff, i took and modified services.jar and framework-res.apk from the stock CEE 3.4.2-155. Could it be you're trying with an older rom? In that case you should take the files from the first CN froyo.

About the lowmemorykiller values, they're not so high anyway a good amount of ram is preserved, in my opinion more aggressive values may stress the system forcing unnecessary processes' kills.

well, if you are reall down to the first 2 values, ie, lower than ~16MB even with pagecache etc purged. you really should kill those processes.

i think since you have already choose to lower caches, you shouldn't lower any of those value. otherwise drop_caches (which in my option should
not be set to 3 unless you are sure it is the source of your problems, and since we don't have swap plus you set swapiness=0, it shouldn't be the
problem) really cancels out most of the changes you made on lowmemorykiller values.

just saying :p

Probably you know more than me about those settings, as i said this is my first experience with a rom.
The overall speed is good so far, but of course i will take into account your advices to make it even better.
Btw, a new version is almost ready, some tweaks changed and a new theme (in blue, including expanded status bar stuff and progress bars).
