hey, first of all awesome work, second i did a quick read through and I didn't see any answers to a few ?'s I have but sorry if any of this was already covered:

1.) Could you please explain what needs to be done to get CSC's working on DFT based ROM's or is it not possible? I've just bypassed the whole first boot thing in my DFT variant by cooking the info into the ROM.
2.) How is ultrashot's full unlock different from DFT's? Same with XBLA unlock and XAP install?
3.) Does your ROM allow for diagnosis to be installed via ##634# or is it broken like in DFT ROM's? If it's not broken how did you fix it?

4.) Not a ? but if you want I made a custom theme&accent package that can be just dropped into your build if you want to use it you can, let me know. It fully supports 3rd party apps (xamls) in all the themes&accents and has full support for German, French, US English, Spanish, and Italian and it would't be hard to add support for other languages. Note not having support for other languages does NO harm you just won't see the custom accents, this is to prevent crashing of the theme system. The themes are the same from the thread in my sig the accents I've limited to two extras gray and zebra (4, 11)

hi , first thanks for the questions :)

1) you need to remove the CSC package from rom , then you need to ad your own cert in the rom to be able to load the CSC.d000FF (CSC is actually a cab.pkg , but then limited to 257 KB ) and it need to be signed with your custom sign.

2) complicated to say , but for end users it does the same.

3) No full unlocked rom alows that , ##634# is bricked by that , you need to custom install it on first boot.

4) when the themes are xaml then I would love to ad them to my roms with your permission ofcours :)

    this rom is based on firmware XXKK2
    OS build: 8107

    the base rom [1] ( see download link ) is as clean as possilbe.
    full modded rom [2] (contains all mods and hacks listed in thes post)

    [1] Base rom contains other then stock:

    1) Full unlock by ultrashot
    2) IE .xap install by ultrshot
    3) QuickLink by ultrashot
    4) WMDC Launcher
    5)
    6) Nokia Ringtones
    7) Custom accounts
    8) Custom imoticons
    9) Custom Wallpapers

    Languages:

    16 languages are in build V2.0

    The base rom will be Imageupdateble.

    Custom Imageupdates can be used if they are signed by xboxmod or ceesheim.

    CSC Files:

    CSC files are used to Customize this rom ( you always need to install at leased one CSC file).
    we will provide a few CSC files:

    Remember that after flash this rom will automatically go into Imageupdate mode (this will take +/_ 2 min).
    After Imageupdate (when the phone reboots) I really recomand to do a "clear storage" ( power+vol down+camara) and then the centre button 2 times

    1) clean CSC file (no wallpapers, no ringtones,no wmdc launcher,no Quicklink)
    2) CSC file with only custom themes.
    3) CSC with themes and homebrew apps.

    If you want to use parts of this rom than first ask the Developer who made the Hacks/mods before use

    Remember to copy your CSC file in the flashing folder

    Rom updated , 16 langs in rom and htc drivers.

    I can tell you all that I am not going to release a rom today.
    I can also tell you all that I got Now hup livetile working.

    I can also tell you that there will be a new vanilla rom in the near future :p

    But I can't tell what it will be for now :p :p :p

    New rom is in testing :D

    it will be released 13.03.2012 ( we have our reasons for that :p )

    it will have all new stuff like new quick menu by our best ultrashot :)

    it also has the latest stuff from nokia.
    the kitchen is cleaned for more stability.

    more inrom stuff will be told later :)
