Tha same case happens to also whenever i have flashed zip, somewhere in thread there is mention how to get rid of it, maybe flashing the supersu zip first then flash this zip.. Anyways I always prefer installation by bootloader.

You can unroot, by using the Super Su app. From the app, you an do a full unroot. You can't relock the bootloader. Once the unlock is tripped, it can't be reset to zero.

You've probably already discovered by now that you won't get any support for this rom. If you want a stock based rom, I'd look at some of the other roms.

I did deodex it and zipalign the stock firmware but RAM is definitely not as good as it is in Titan Prime...

Download the rom and put it into your sd card (use card reader if u r not able to transfer files using the recovery )
then wipe dalvik cache, cache & internal flash rom again wipe dalvik and reboot
simple

yes, wipe ur system n data n flash this. take a twrp backup of ur system n data. just in case something weird happens. I would suggest Radium redefined rom lollipop, it's better and close to stock
