Hello, In the downloads, there's 7zip file which contains system.img , How can I extract it? (for modification). I tried system.img extractor but no success.

Moreover is there any flashable zip? It might be easy to modify. I couldn't find any twrp flashable zip here. Please guide me.

I really wanted to like this rom.
But trying to navigate with the standard m8s mini ii remote is horrible.
I have to switch it to mouse mode ,because in most apps the navigation arrows on the remote dont work, and i have to move the slow cursor to whatever item i want to select
The remote nav arrows only work on the home screen and total commander.
The rom i had on here before , had the nav buttons work in any app i installed
Sadly that rom didnt support some apps and others just crashed.
And i dont use a mouse because im mostly in bed due to back problems

Hi , I've installed the rom but the image is darker than normal (black crush). I looked for a fix but the file is deleted.

netflix and prime video android tv version

Hello,

I use XTMOD on T95M (thanks for that your are the only one compatible) and I have a problem with the netflix and prime video applications, the versions in the ROM are of course obsolete, but the updated versions for ANDROID TV do not allow me to read the streaming. I can install them, and launch them, register my login, but that's all. Only smartphone version run for stream but the interface was not completly with the remote control.

Is there a way to make the specialized versions of ANDROID TV work?

Can somebody please upload VPNDialogs.apk? I really don't want to re-flash the device and redo everything just to get this app...

That entire process is what I'm missing...

.7z extracts an .img file, .img file extracts to XTMOD_EX_P_3 with no extension. So what do you do from there?

I found out I'm going to have to re-do the entire box anyway...so I'll upload the APK.... but it would be nice to know how to extract all the files within.

    Hi to all, i'm an old and Retired XDA Rom developer, i hope someone remember me here ;) recently i buyed a Mini M8S II, and i found some bugs, and i hate the customization so i looked into...

    That's what i got... a superspeed rom, customized with all the new fixes and utility you need.:p

    It's for Mini M8S II, but should work on any P212 Motherboard based TvBox, and some other with 2Gb of Ram, obviously i did not a test with all devices but you can read in forum.

    Reported Working also on:
    - Tanix TX5 Pro
    - Mini MX + S905x 1Gb
    - TX95
    - TN95
    - X96 this is the remote.conf
    - Nexbox A5 2G/16G
    - Nexbox A95x s905x 1g 8g
    - and many others

    Using a different device just remember to put the correct Remote.Conf in /system/etc ; in my custom rom /system/Media i gave to you a directory with some remote.conf i found around:

    Actually it's what it's done in new 2.8:

    - Rebased Firmware now is from a MX3 II Rom V112M0 dated 3/6/2017, before was a mixed one from Mini M8SII and MX3 II;
    - TWRP Updated;
    - Fixed so many little bugs around that you can't imagine ;
    - Pre-setted launcher, 'cause i saw so many user incapable of click a single setting :)eek:);
    - Netflix problem with bootvideo fixed;
    - Updated SPMC to 16.7.0;
    - Updated pratically all the apps and apks in rom;
    - Added Gmail, and GCalendar by default;
    - Updated hostfile for adblocking;
    - Something that i actually forgoto to write down :p

    Little Q/A to reply publicly to some question i received in PM:

    Q: Will you release a Nougat Rom for our device?
    A: I'm yet working on it but actually the sources are not stable enough and give us nothing more than problem not improvement. :fingers-crossed:

    Q: Will you support these devices for long time? Will you support more devices?
    A:     It depends, supporting donations are very scarce, and are almost tips, so support is freetime related. Or bribe related :laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:
