Thank you! I just did the three button combo and I went into the recovery. I tried to select the full wipe option, but my power button wasnt working, so I couldnt do anything...I was so frustrated and i just kept pressing the power button and suddenly it worked. And it asked me if I wanted to full wipe. I said no and I rebooted and now its running as usual :D THANK YOU!
Mine did the same. The power button wouldn't work and the phone would reboot by itself. I took the battery door and the back housing off and moved around the power button and put it back together. Hasn't happened since its been two weeks now. Maybe u can try that if it happens again. I also saw that u can buy a replacement button online.

I flashed 1.6.5 and took a nap. Is there a reason I slept almost 2 hours? Could my media scanner be scanned out and woke me up? Does my battery?

And help the guy who posted above me......

Happy New Year brother!!!!!!

Sho, please help. My GPS is getting a very fast lock, and the smaller multi window really makes a difference when touching along where it's located. All in all it seems extremely responsive and it's very smooth. Please fix.
+1

Also, my battery last too long. Should I UV/OC? I can't get battery to die fast. If issue persist I'm going back to "SHOstock5".

This rom is too good for some.

Mine worked fine. must be a setting or something somewhere. When you created the event in S-planner, did you make sure the event was set to sync with gmail? I know when you create events in s-planner it defaults to "my calendar" (on the first one) which is why it may not have synced to google.

That is nuts. I feel like an idiot. The option is directly above where I put in the name of the event and I wasn't even seeing it. Thanks!! My world is happy now!!

George, get into recovery via the 3 button combo. Full wipe, flash the ROM that u were previously on. Re-download latest shostock. Full wipe, flash. Should be fine.

Or try holding power for 10 seconds first. Worth a shot.

Sho, here's the aokp GPS results: (I know I know, picture would have worked but to me it just doesn't tell the story properly. Also, crappy weather, cloudy, might explain my ish signals but still... its working.)

I just wanted to chime in and let you know you're not alone clay. since coming from aokp, gps just hasn't been reliable for me. on sho2 I eventually got it rocking after some tweaking, but sho3 has been spotty for me. right now it seems to be working but often it will just sit and search until I restart. I've tried pretty much every sirfgps and gps.conf setting too.

I know this is rare and for most others gps is solid on this rom. I just wanted to echo your issue clay so you're not sitting out there on your own.

again, I realize this is at the very least a rare and probably specific config issue so please limit the "it works for me! " replies ;)

edit...nm the gps status issue if you saw it before I edited.

Ok guys battery is draining like hell on idle, location services are turned off, whats going on? It still happens when i force stop the media process, it's been happening ever since I updated from 1.3 to newer versions
Did you run the battery down to 0% or 1% to recalibrate after your wipe?
