Its been a fun ride guys, but my S2 USB Port borked and I'm out of warranty, so I decided to order a Note 2. I've been rocking SHOStock for months now and can't thank Sho enough for his hard work. I can't spare much but I'll be sending a donation soon, Sho! Thanks again.

Thank you for the wonderful ROM. Love the Calendar - is there a standalone apk or app for it?

Is there any way I can increase the battery life, my year old sgh-i777 seems to be draining to 10% by the end of the day.

You can get a replacement usb board from ebay for $10. Not too difficult to replace either. Or do the palm inductive charging if you never bother connecting it via usb to the computer.

I have enabled USB Storage by default via build.prop. If you remove that and reboot you'll be back to MTP.

The update is great.. battery is draining quickly but ill wait for the rom to settle in.. I had a request.. in the future update can you please include the burst shot for the camera.. I would really love an option like that..

I have no idea where to even begin, I'm just not a handy guy - If it requires soldering, I have no experience in it and I'll probably manage to mess up even more.

You could youtube how to fix it. It is incredibly simple. No soldering is required. Just unscrewing the part then screwing the new on in. VERY simple.

Hey Sho once again GREAT ROM--i really wish you had this port for GS3:laugh:, but anyhow hey i got one question i dont know why but how come TEXTPlus is not loading up?? i tried everything, its the only APK that im having problem with, i know it may be a minor problem for you to look into but, i kind a use that everday with that specific # on it.....

This. I just food the repair myself not long ago. Got the part from gadgetfix. Make sure you get the one with the ribbon cable, and yes, the one for the 1900 works for our phones. Go slowly and you will have no problems.

Also agree on perhaps getting a repair tool kit. The one I got even had a guitar pick, which was very helpful in opening three case once all screws were removed.
