Love the idea of a long-press toggle for multi-window. I do agree that it would make slightly more sense to leave the back button to kill apps (another feature I love!), and use the menu for the multi window toggle, but doing it the other way around would also work well.
If I do it that way...it won't be 100% I don't think. We won't gain back the long press back to open favorites in the browser.
I'll have to test it.

In other news..... what do you guys think of longpress to kill apps being moved to the menu button so that the longpress back button can be used for toggling multiwindow and bringing up favorites in the browser when multiwindow is disabled.

I have it done already and I like it. More then likely I'll be using it but wanted you opinions.
Nice idea, its better & more easy than pull down the notification bar! my answer: YES! plz do it! :good:

You expect it to just show up because he was taking about it on the thread? You're kidding right?

Have you put in your apns? Are you sure your sim is unlocked?
Personally I guess no Unlock the Sim. I felt its and until finally confirm the process, the phone keep disconnected with no APNs. Use the link included in the OP. The app will show you when the entire process is completed.

I got first crash with 1.4 when I hit direct call icon on home screen, could not get /proc/last_kmsg as I guess not enabled at kernel, also assume this be an isolated issue.

Hey Sho, sorry to bother, but I realized I'm having huge GPS issues. With WiFi off, I can't get it to lock at all in Maps. Here is a comparison with a RAZR M (which locks instantly with Maps) in GPS Test. Notice the amount of satellites it connects to. Ignore the accuracy, Maps says otherwise.

I've had this issue on 1.4, 1.3, and 1.2. After full wipes on all 3 versions. Any ideas?
A few pages back, I had the same issues.

(the one in my dropbox works best for me, it's CWM-flashable)

Every time I reboot my XDA short cut disappears. Very strange, it's the only one. No matter where I put it on any screen, gone when I reboot. Must b some XDA vodoo going on. :D

Something similar for me too. Photo frame widget always resets the images after every reboot since v1

So, I remember you added straight talk to the full apn list in an earlier release (1.2, I think). Just curious if it wasn't added in 1.3/1.3.5/1.4. I know I had to manually add it in after full wipe.

luckily, even though I full wipe flashed at work behind a network requiring authentication, multiwindow was enabled, so I could put in my network credentials and finish setup..

Only one potential reason I can think of... See if the app is installed on the sd card. If it is, move it to internal storage. Redo your short cut after a reboot.
