My wife is having trouble finding "Noise Reduction" to disable it, can someone take a look and tell me what it's under.
Phone>menu button>call settings>additional settings> uncheck noise reduction.

Battery drain issue

For me, battery is draining way too fast with this rom.

Deleting old CWM backup did help a bit, but still draining too fast.

I leave GPS, Wi-Fi, and bluetooth on. Tried turning off GPS and bluetooth, but did not help much.
With SHOstock 2, always had great battery life with everything on.

And looking at battery history, it seems when Wi-Fi is left on, it is always on.

So, I will try turning off Wi-Fi and see what happens.

Any suggestions on what else to try?

I just put this back on my phone... HOLY FUÇKING SH¡T!!! Crazy battery life and excellent performance. A few more hiccups than AOKP on my end, and not as many options (sadly) for me, but I am highly impressed with your latest release. I'll be sticking with it for a while.

Great job Shoman!

Ur phone has a lot of wake locks. Use BBS to find the culprit. That's what's causing the fast drain with almost no usage based on your screenshot

It's WiFi wakelocks. After multiple factory resets on my end, turning on wifi just murders my phone's battery. Just has a lot of WLan wakelocks and the such. Quite annoying and I can't get rid of them. might also be MMS wakelocks as the Messaging app is also creating a bunch of wakelocks for me for some reason.

If you see deletedwakelocks in BBS under kernel wakelocks after you turn off wifi that is the Wlan wakelocks. They just get deleted when wifi turns off and then stored under that name

Being that this is a leak. I'm pretty happy with battery life. I have frozen unused crap that was running with tibu. I get about 4 hrs of screen time with WiFi. Screen brightness @ 20%. ROM sleeps well. Use between 2-5% overnight. ( I always have Google syncing and Google services running )

Well make sure to check if it's checked and if it's not checked you didn't need to check but if it is checked uncheck it. Like I said always check before unchecking.
Wow. Coffee? Lol, I said uncheck it.....:D

Hey sho is there option to change icons on AOSP lockscreen????? Please let me kno cuz I checked everything. Thanks for all ur work I wish u had this port for my SG3 I747 , love ur ROm
No, there isn't. The icons are hard coded. If you want some customization, WidgetLocker is a good bet.

Sho, I just wanted to follow up on that GPS file you provided. Took an hour drive across two cities using Navigation, flawless lock. Thanks again, so so much!

I'm glad it worked out for you. It will be included in future release.

Does formatting in the rom work on 1.4, or do I still have to use CWM?

Well make sure to check if it's checked and if it's not checked you didn't need to check but if it is checked uncheck it. Like I said always check before unchecking.
Check!

Absolutely Amazing

Over the weekend I loaded this and all I can say is its absolutely amazing, coming from CM7 it really makes the ATT GS2 feel like a completely different phone.

Outside of some minor screen lock problems when using a PIN in accordance with my Exchange Server as a device admin.. I have not noticed any issues, I'm even surprised with my Seidio Extended battery i pulled 15 hours of run time with 3 hours on display, I couldn't even come close to that with GB.

I can't say thank you enough.
I look forward to your next release, is 4.2 in the SHOstock future?

All the Best to you.
