What's so different about this ROM?

DroidTurK has been Made in 2 versions. A version for STOCK recovery users and a version for CUSTOM recovery users. Stock recovery users can flash DroidTurK ROM v1 by odin and still get OTA while system stays normal. DroidTurK ROM v2 & Higher are meant for Custom Recovery users. the latest Version v4 will give YOU the ability to switch between dpi's (Phone, Phablet, Tablet) without any problem, you can also customize your rom to your liking with DroidTurK Settings and Addons.

● DroidTurK ROM is based on Lastest European Stock "XXDME6" and is a .tar file. the reason I've made tar file is that no matter what kinda recovery one uses he can flash this rom true ODIN.

How to flash DroidTurK ROM?

v1:

Downlad and extract the zip file.

Open odin and hit pda, Select the unpacked DroidTurK.tar.md5 file and hit start.

v2 & Higher:

Download the RAR file and place it on your phones SDcard, after that go to recovery and flash it.


How to flash usind ODIN:

first things first, download Odin.zip and extract it and run as administrator. (Be sure that u don't have kies running at the background)

STEP1:

After u opened it with Admin privileges you will get to see this screen:

everythings needs to be unchecked except "Auto reboot" and "F.reset time".

(if u dont touch any settings auto reboot and f.reset time will be allready checked)




STEP2:

hit the PDA button and choose the .TAR file (the zip u downloaded and extracted).

Odin will load your choosen file, just have some patience and if it shows not responding just waitt its working =)))

STEP3:

your phone go to Odin (download) mode, by pressing 3 buttons at the same time.. VolumekeyDown-Home-Power Button-> keep pressing it till your phone reboots and you see "Samsung GT-N7100" then release it..

STEP4:

After that you will get a screen that warns you bla bla bla , to confirm press VolumeKeyUP

STEP5:

Now your phone is in Odin (download) mode

STEP6:

Plug your phone trough usb into your pc/laptop and check if u see a YELLOW/BLUE box on odin.. that means it recognizes your phone. :good:

- Now hit "START" button and wait till it shows PASS!!.

OTA Working @v1

Your status will stay official till you do a root action.. if u want to have it back to official just Copy SecSettings.apk from your phone to your ext sdcard after that Copy it back to internal and your status will change to normal till u perform again a root explorer till then it'll stay official )

TIPS:

● In case PieControl Force Closes, Install a root explorer and go to /data/app and hit on PieControl.apk

Let in Install, it will work now.


● Note that if u select phablet mod and after that u make the selection 'Dont Show' You will not be able to close recent apps. Another option is using Pie controls for recents tab


● All lockscreens will work between 200 and 270.

at 320 dpi some lockscreens may not work.

ATTENTION; If u dont use Note2 lockscreen please be sure to uncheck ripple @ lockscreen settings , if not it may cause freeze


●All mods like notification panel color etc will work at 320 dpi , however above phablet it'll not work


● Clock package may give a FC under 240 dpi, so use xposed framework and change the resolution


● IF UR APPS ARE FORCE CLOSING IN ANY DPI JUST DOWNLOAD xposed framework AND INSTALL THAT with APPSETTINGS

thanks for your best wishes boys but your both are wrong.. its working for me ) ill upload a SS, im uploading now the rom, did some minor changes.

everything works in this rom except the things ive written in post 3 don't )))
