Unfounded rumors

This ROM is dead! People move along and try something else.
Be careful about the creation of unfounded rumors.
Please, do be careful.

This kind of provocation as a teaser usually results otherwise. That's one of the reasons so many good developers «move along» as start contributing to other communities or create their own information propagation network, such as private websites, other forums, etc...

On top of that, even if the development has come to an end:
1. There is no reason for «moving along» and go installing other ROM.

2. The eventuality of doing so in entirely up to the ROM users.
What is wrong with you?
This is a community forum, we're not in kindergarten playground...

Cheers.

Hi,
You flash speedmod with LRtoolbox? It's full root? Is the battery life as good as Litening w/o speedmod?

note: remember the litening rom recovery bug it will take several minutes to reboot from recovery after.

Cannot Do anything through CWM

When I boot into CWM nothing will actually flash, I've tried to flash the Abyss Note Kernel and some other roms, but no luck, I just wanted to try another rom. Any suggestions would be grateful.

if you are currently running litening rom use the lrtool box for flashing not cwm if you running other rom then flash using cwm but read before any flash procedure so you dont brick the phone the only safe kernels for now to flash its spedmod franco abyss.

Nothing seems to work for me. None of the methods I try to flash another Rom works, they all seem to get to a point in updating and then just stop. in addition where or how do i flash a stock ics rom (if this is a solution). the jargon catches me out a bit, so any simplistic advice would be grateful.

Here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1424997
follow post #2 for flash stock ROM and follow post #3 for root, you may flash your desired ROM after step 7 in post #3 before rebooting.

This was how I switch from Litening to others ROM.

no, just follow the post.
OK, Maybe I need just a little more guidance, so please bear with me………….
At the start of Post # 2 it states “Installation for Older Rom”
Further down Post #2 it states “Install newer firmware” KL7/KL8/LA1/LA3
How do I know which version to use.
(Reminder I am current on Lite’ningRom v2.0)

Also
The ICS rom that looks like the right one from the list is below (I am from Ireland), so if correct this is the stock rom that I need.
N7000XXLQ2---4.0.3---2012 May--N7000XEULP4-United Kingdom / Ireland

Kind Regards

OK, I'm really trying, but are you saying download XXLQ" and follow the steps to flash through Odin on my pc or as an alternative method you can do the mobile odin step OR do I complete both of the steps.
