The Verizon ROM does not work with Verizon HTC One Max IF you do a clean install. It will stay on the Android loading screen forever. If this happens you will need to forcibly shutdown/reboot the device.
To reboot the phone without ADB, just hold down the Vol Up and power button for 9 seconds, the phone should shut down. Then you can go into recovery boy holding down the volume down button and power button when rebooting.
