For now can just manually launch camera app and works

It just can't be turn on.Every time I turn on it.It don't scan.press back,and it has closed.

Doesn't seem to happen on my device, so I am not sure what the problem is...
Try a dirty flash?
If not backup data and do clean install

But already clean install,and I have tried twice.However no use.I use philz recovery.

if still not work then I think you need to factory wipe, see if still cannot on Wi-Fi
