Instructions :

• Marshmallow bootloader is a must!!
• Update stock rom to latest (UL-ASUS_Z00E-WW-13.10.10.44-user) - preferably
• Unlock bootloader
• Install custom recovery
• Download the latest build and gapps (arm64)
• Reboot to recovery
• Full wipe (system/data/cache)
• Flash the latest build and gapps
• Updating rom (no need to clean flash if from same rom for ex. LineageOS >> LineageOS) - reflash any mod if any
• Reboot

Try flash 09/12 boot.img.. See if wifi work.. I changed kernel between both build

Use older rom

VPN, uninstall app, lockscreen setup crash because keystore not working, new rom is working but wifi is crash
Fix crash : Delete /system/lib/hw/keystore.msm8916.so and /system/lib64/hw/keystore.msm8916
