@infected_ which blobs do you use to compile? I'm stuck at systemui crash after compiling for my z3 Tablet

new build is up, toolchains also updated. brightness issue is fixed, BT and NFC are working also.

please report bugs with logcat and dmesg ins attachment, of what's not working properly.

Some news on camera ? It is working on apps like Instagram, Snapchat or Messenger ?

Camera works on Instagram, but it is very dark.

Been trying to flash SuperSU with no luck. Trying to flash it in twrp, but it just doesn't install. No big deal, I have root via superuser, just wondered if anyone knows where I'm going wrong. I've tried a few different versions. Recovery log attached.

For your question maybe try to flash an older version "traditionnal root methode" and not systemless methode like SuperSu v2.42

you can flash a recent supersu that doesnt use systemless root.

Sorry to ask if this was already answered but I know camera doesn't work because of propietary bloobs from Sony, but in another thread (cm12.1, I think) some users discuss and said that when official MM comes out there will be camera support.

So, there's a hope then or I get it all wrong?

Sony has made carera blobs available, but they only provide basic camera function.
The developers still have a lot to do.
The camera does work on cm13, but there are a few bugs to iron out.

No fisheye in mm, it just takes a while to focus, low light is a bit crappy and a bit dark in external camera apps like instagram.
The fisheye was there because developers were using blobs from the z2 in lp, and the z2 had a different sensor.

Fisheye is still present, but camera is still being working on, and new aosp blobs (v4b) were release a few days ago.

and FYI, we were using rhine 4.3 camera stack, both on sirius and leo, on the lollipop builds.

Sorry to ask, probably stupid question, but do the new blobs contain the stack necessary for leo? As this has been problematic since day 1 of aosp on Z3, are you saying we finally have a way of correcting it? I of course am not asking an ETA, just if it is or isnt, cause i remember sony some time back released new binaries aswell but there was nothing for the fisheye in camera? Thanks

Hello dev, I was wondering whether you are still developing this ROM or not? I'm looking for ROMs, even though there arent many, and this seems really good.

If you are developing, are you going to include r30 soon? If you are going to, I'll be eager to try out this ROM

Could you provide us with a guide to compile CM13 for Z3 ourselves? That would be great! As it seems there are no active non-stock roms for the Z3. Anyone know why?

From what I have read, the cm developers are very close to producing nightlies. But, they or one are in the middle of doing exams! As the work they do on cm13 is as a hobby as such. We will just have to be patient.
It will happen, just no idea when.
Also, the first rule of XDA, don't ask for ETA's! :silly:

Oh god yes, since Sony decided to radically change the stamina mode function there's no reason for me to stay on a stock Sony ROM, I only like stock Sony ROM for that reason and now it's gone so bye bye Sony and hello Cyanogen Mod, it's been a while m8 ??
