Works fine without wiping,but i cant record screen wirh the rec power,any idea?

Yeah no wipe required, I didnt test rec, Ill see about that today,

try to clear the camera app data,
if not work then
do a clean install,

like go back to Kitkat then Flash Mr.SL ROM
