I flashed this, it doesn't even boot.. Just black screen & blue notification light burning. Had to soft-reset to go back to recovery and flash another ROM..

Maybe you need a baseband update as I needed with the newest lineage 14

Please be careful! LOS13 is MM based whereas LOS14.1 is Nougat based. LOS13 requires that you have had ZUI 2.3 or older before flashing LOS13. Starting with a Nougat baseband won't work. The opposite applies to LOS14.1, which requires a baseband/firmware from a Nougat ZUI build (version 2.5 onwards).
So in case that LOS13 does not start, I suppose you have been running ZUI 2.5 or newer before.
Unfortunately downgrade is only possible using QFIL method.

Actually you CAN downgrade your baseband to 2.3.044 with file from here:

- I tested it and it works flawlessly

And I have also found a solution for the missing vibration. This kernel enables vibration and camera along with everything else is working flawlessly:

Yes, the TWRP flashable files for the older 2.3 based baseband have been released a couple of days after my statement. At the time of my writing this has not been available.

Guys, any idea why I cannot encrypt my /data? I open settings->security->encrypt, tap on encrypt, the phone reboots and stucks at the LOS boot logo. Battery is 100% and the phone is connected to the charger. After about 30 mins I restarted the phone and it works fine. Tried to do it again - same result.
