You'd probably have to do a bunch of reverse engineering. Is there any way to fix this ? I definitely can not use the dpi in stock g4 .. :crying:

I have the same issue, when I tried ZVB version on the other phone it was OK, but here...When i put this command in "dd if=/data/media/0/MellowMallow_LS991ZVA_v1.24_Global.img bs=8192 seek=65536 count=557312 of=/dev/block/mmcblk0" , The hastag "#" appear immediately. Nothing happens. I tried flash this 4 time but doesn't work.
It helped me too!I had to delete the _v1.24_ in both the file and the command and it worked. As in, change the file name to something without two periods, that cleared it up just fine for me.
It's because you have root, you'll not be able to upgrade, there are several ways:I have bought one imported LG LS991 (USA) in India. It is rooted and running Android 5.1 (ZV6).
Everytime i connect to wifi or mobile data, it is downloading new software (Android 6) and asking to install it. When I click on Install, it reboots but during the update process it says ''error'. Then I have to remove the battery to use phone again. Can anybody tell me how to tackle this problem? or how to upgrade to MM without locking my handset permanently?
Waiting for help....
When I tried to use this but ZVB based ROM and I was ZVC also I had boot loop, then I downgraded my phone to ZVB and there was no problem! But someone said they flashed this ROM over ZVC and didn't have any issues! How should the instructions be modified to install this for those of us currently on ZVC, instead of ZVB?
Do I use LGUP to first install ZVB tot file, and then follow the instructions? Or can I simply begin with the instructions even though I'm on ZVC, without first installing the ZVB tot file with LGUP? Thanks!
