Instructions are not much different than an AOSP or CM ROM.

Must have boot loader unlocked.

Boot into your custom recovery then wipe data, cache, system, and dalvik cache, then flash the ROM. Done.
thanks. Just realized your maker of some of the best cm themes I used to use. You have a z3 too, that's awesome!
Gonna try it.
Pls include Sony camera in future versions

Since this is stock based, is it possible to flash an audio mod?

Edit: And what firmware is this based off?

Awesomeness. Rooted for Xposed v75 (I need it for PowerNap), runs without any problem. Sony camera would be awesome though, hope you'll be making that flashable zip you mentioned above. :good:

It still looks the same as stock android l on a nexus phone. The Sony optimizations are only in the background (kernel etc), you don't see them.

So far the battery life seems great. Here's my stats for today:

Close to 3 hours screen on time and still 65% left in 8 hrs of use. Really happy with this firmware. Gorgeous AOSP-like experience with no bugs. Congratulations mate, you've really done an amazing job!

I think if you actually change the boot.img inside the zip to default one from sony, this should work on lock boot loader.
I haven't tested that yet but I can make a test build for you guys.

Would it be possible to bring back App to SD feature? Only thing that I kind of miss. Not a huge deal but nice to have.

Probably not :/
The marshmallow version should have this though whihc is being worked on as we speak.

i have the samsung evo 64g and my sd card is not recognized either
That's strange, it seems like a hit or miss for bigger sized sd cards. Hopefully the marshmallow version should have this all taken care of.
