I charged my phone. While it was charging, and the battery was like 13%, my phone freezed. Then I unpluged the charger and removed the battery. I reinserted the battery and after the start, my battery was 81% !?!

And then I pluged the charger again, after 10 minutes, 61%

Good themed ROM, but I go back to GingerSnap or maybe CM9.

well doesnt that clearly show that you need to re calibrate your battery?

try using dolphin browser hd
my net speed isnt fast to do multiple uploads

Gingersnap is basically a gamer's ROM
whereas this is similar to normal cm7 rom

you can flash "tgb gaming/performance engine V2"

to get similar performance on this ROM

well either you can re flash gapps(one suited for cm7) again OR
just skip after the error occurs,
go to settings accounts and add a new google account
you should not have any issues

it is an error with phone.apk. try phone.apk from other roms of same cm version and dpi. just google for phone.apk.
