- HOW TO INSTALL THIS ROM :

1 - Unlocked Bootloader
2 - Installed TWRP LINK
3 - Copy rom to sdcard
4 - Copy patched_boot to sdcard
5 - Enter to recovery
6 - Wipe before installing the ROM on TWRP SYSTEM ( DATA-OPTIONAL )
7 - Flash Rom 2 times if you get error 7
8 - Flash the patched_boot.img ( FROM TWRP FLASH IMAGE, CHECK RECOVERY_RAMDISK, REBOOT TO RECOVERY )
9- Enjoy

HOW TO SWITCH FROM TWRP TO PATCHED_BOOT AND VICE VERSA
-COPY YOUR PATCHED_BOOT.IMG ON SDCARD
-FLASH FROM TWRP(INSTALL-INSTALL IMAGE-CHECK RECOVERY_RAMDISK) AND REBOOT TO RECOVERY
-TO GET BACK THE TWRP,ENABLE FROM ROMCONTROL APP

if you get some error when flash on twrp,try again untill installation complete

but the TWRP format data and the remove_encryption are necessary? im on the 182, rooted, but didnt flash TWRP or the removeencryption stuff. so i have to completely format my device

And if I have .171 installed, do i have to wipe cache, dalvik and /system in order to install your rom? Plus, do i have to have external sd or can i copy the rom to the internal memory and wipe everything apart from /data and then install your rom?

It's tested only from 182 fw.
It's better from ext sdcard

So.. as I´ve got a C432 running .153, I need to flash LYA-GLOBAL.182 using FH and could then flash your ROM?

You need to unlock the bootloader first

no, you have to unlock the bootloader after u flashed the 182 and that costs 55$

Lags? Batterie Life? Is it worth the hassle with deleting the Phone?

Hey guys,

I really have to ask now because I don't want to try anything that bricks my phone.
I bought the Mate 20 Pro (UD) from a website that imported the phone to Austria. (TradingShenzhen)
Now i really want to switch to a global version and install this custom firmware.
Is there any chance for me? What would the steps be? I'm a little desperate now...
I know i need the bootloader unlock code - which should not be a problem since I have the Chinese Version.
I'm happy for any answer that could help me!
I attached a Screenshot of my settings and model/build number.
With my previous Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, all of this stuff was a lot easier!
