Is it just me or does Dolby not seem to be working? I toggle on and off and hear no difference (I usually can). I have viper installed also but again, never had a problem.
Maybe it's a 9.0 beta issue?

Have the same "can not send text messages issue" on v3.4 also with a clean install... Tried a number of things to resolve it unsuccessfully...
