No major problems so far.
except that reboot to recovery takes me to stock recovery and reboot to bootmenu does not work.
For me, I always found the screen already on after I took it out from my pocket so I didn't test it intentionally. You can have a try and report feedbacks. If the delay is still long I might consider picking some relevant patches in the next build (unless omni add these patches officially which is unlikely to happen because omni focuses on mainstream devices).
Thank you, this is a known problem. Kayant had it fixed.
Will there any updates to the Illusion ROM? Have not tried the current SLIM, but so far Illusion seems to fit best to the DEFY.

Roms will work on both Defy and Defy+ thanks to Quarx's and Blechd0se AeroKernel
No changes required to support Defy(mb525) just flash the rom of your choice
All Roms in this thread will be based on AOSP 4.2.2
Here we are again with the second edition of AOSP Paradise bringing your favourite AOSP roms to the ever defying Motorola Defy
As usual these roms will be built using the source code provided by the teams or individuals responsible for making these wonderful AOSP roms so you will find zero win-zip or bases of CM 10.1 here
These roms are brought to you thanks to the people who build these roms, Quarx for continuing to provide support for the defy and my many hours of reading, looking and comparing source code. Am doing this with very little programming language knowledge just mainly enthusiasm as I find this fun so thank it easy with the bugs and stuff

Yup. I have SB4.3 running fully stable, kayant has PAC, PA, RootBox, Carbon, Illusion all based on 4.3 running just as stable. Also Blechd0se has fixed ION, bluetooth, and video recording (Zero stutters). But we decided not to share it with everyone because we are awesome like that.
In other words, we'll post here when there is news, no need to ask.
