these are my favorite roms that i have used in my xperia mini...
Cyanogenmod: Cyanogenmod is famous, Its the most stable rom out there (as far as i know). But it is stuck with cm10 (official builds).
Pac-man rom: It is a great rom which combines paranoid android+AOKP+Cyanogenmod. It has great features from all those rom. But unfortunately it is quite laggy in xperia mini.
LegacyXperia: It is the cm build specially for xperia mini. It is stable as cyanogenmod with latest android version.
Beanstalk:It is based on cm with tons of features and it is quite awesome.
