Basically it is the lack of devs, i've tried several times to port a rom from the iOcean or some other telephones with the same CPU but without any luck.
did you try to flash it?

Hi, I changed my rom to a Mexican rom 6040A, the system worked fine but when I connect to the internet with my network operator did not recognize the 3G so I had to return to the previous rom.
My phone has gone 2 times under warranty because when I tried to change the rom always, except for the Mexican rom, is stuck in a loop and I could not, for most I've done the backup and I restored, re-life.
Once I put a rom with MIUI, but said that the system was shut down unexpectedly and kept that message out. I also noticed that I was not even 3G config the apn.
I'm from Colombia and my operator is TIGO.
Do not know if I'm doing something wrong please let procedure followed for the change of rom was successful and the issue of 3G has worked for them?

The problem (with al alcatel / TCL phones) is the custpackv (Map with all essential files) on our phones. There is no automatic or handy trick to bake the pack in an custom rom. I have tried yesterday to port an 4.2.2 and and 4.3 rom for the MTK6589T but the pack was the problem.
Ok, earlier today i´ve downloaded the official MIUI for the S950, this on doesn´t have an custpack or something. Maybe we can find how they bring the files to the phone? I think porting an CM rom with the libs from MIUI is a no-go.
Edit: LEWA also doesn't have any custpack, will tommorow at work test to port a THL W200 rom to S950 with the LEWA files.

Have you looked at this one? The Wiko Stairway uses the same CPU as us and appears to be under active development.
