Question about SP Flash tool

Hi,
I have a question about SP Flash tool and flashing ROM.
Do I have to check "Cache" and if I do - what file should I pick?
When I try to flash ROM I get that info:
"cache is checked, but without path"

I don't have a file named "cache" in ROM

I dont think you need to flash "Cache"

Dont know about French, but rom is TCL so I guess it is EN and JP.

Flash the zip with recovery.

does anybody know anything about the European version firmware of Idol X? I mean the ROM of Alcatel OT-6040D Idol X, not the TCL version.

The rom looks like stock android. I've uninstalled four Chinese Apps, all the other ons are allready removed by feese.
As alternative you can hide Apps in apex. I've added two screenshots how it looks on my phone right now, keep in mind that im using an icon pack.

Languages are standard for TCL, English (USA & UK), Chinese.
