Is there a way to get the original firmware for the US T-mobile Optimus T (P509)? I tried replacing the "P500" in the first link with "P509" and got a list of codes for US T-mobile. For the kdz link I also replaced the "P500" and replaced "v10a" with "v10h" (original firmware) and "v10l" (ota wifi calling update) but nothing I've tried gives a successful link. Does anyone have the link to the kdz for US T-mobile? Thanks.

How do i know firmware code for my contry( i can't find firmware for indonesia)?like Czech Rep code is czech/cze..
is there a way to backup original firmware?

If in your country isn't operator's customized version, then this code must not exist at all. So, try fw from asia, europe or something like that.

BTW, you code should be something like ID, but it seems that it doesn't exist. So try some nearest fw which you find. :)

Can't install for India!

I get a message saying "Forbidden
Your client is not allowed to access the requested object. " on mozilla! IE doesn't help as well.. I put in "AINDBK" in place of XXXXX..
What to do?

I tried the same and well, same response :( Anyways, I suggest you download the Singapore version because it's almost same as the Indian one.

I think I got it all wrong

I started with a ITA VODAFONE 10a firmware, upgraded to EUROPE no brand 10C firmware

now the system info shows the right firmware number,
but the branded browser homepage is still there unremoved and unremovable.

also, every personal data was not erased, which is quite convenient as i did not lost apn and stuff, but I was kinda expecting a full restore to factory conditions...

maybe it got only half upgraded?

I am trying to get Firmware for the LG Optimus M (MS690) for MetroPCS

I have changed the address as directed on the OP to match this phone. Edited link seems to work.

Which displays:

2 LGMS690 AMTPCG MTP/MetroPCS CDMA LGMS690 AMTPCGM MTP/MetroPCS CDMA

So ideally I tried using both codes:

Can someone explain the different combination possible with these two codes? If I am doing this wrong or maybe provide a link to the files I am looking for?

how can I restore gtalk on the phone with notifications and all? I've done the backup of gmail applications and restore after firmware installation but gtalk wasn't there

Well, just try compare both files. I also meets, that exist fw with different version (a,b,c) but generally it was same firmware as well (same MD5 hash). Its hard to say, what differences is between these two versions, but its possible, that both will be same.

What I meant to say was that I cannot get a successful link. Were you able to download a link with the information I provided because you said both MD5 hashes are the same. I tryied numerous combinations and did not get lucky. Do both letters have to be changed or can one be changed at a time?

Any working link to this rom would be greatly appreciated... Thank you

Ou... I didn't tried it :) What version of firmware do you have now? It seems that for LGMS690 will be also little different versions of firmware names.
