If you look on the official website under supported devices the EVA-AL10 isn't even listed so i don't know if it will ever get supported.

On my EVA-AL10 the rom is working but it says that i have no sim card inserted (or in previous roms it said no service). This was also the problem on any previous custom roms (android 7).

The paths are specified in the name of the folder.

Already tried that but it didn't work. I also tried it with the files for EVA-L19 but it still doesn't work.

I had the same problem but I solved it replacing this files. I don't know what's happening... I replaced the files using EMUI and after that I install LineageOS

I didn't rebrand my phone my original brand is EVA-AL10.

You can try first the attached config zip for L29 (DualSIM) - maybe it helps.
Since EVA-L09 and EVA-L19 is working by pushing specific prop to AL10, L29 should work for you better with European SIM on original AL10.
It's worth a try.
For this you need TWRP from Rebrand Thread (which is working also on AOSP, except data) - flash the file with TWRP and wipe with TWRP Advanced Wipe only Cache (not Dalvik) - and reboot.
If it does not help, you can flash back the original AL10 config with the second attached zip.
Tell me the result.

I tried flashing it and the signal changed from no service to no sim. When flashing the original AL10 config it went back to no cell signal

Did you ever try to go back to stock firmware and perform a factory reset from Settings with Wipe of internal storage? Original AL10 should normally work with European SIM Cards...

Yes i am currently on stock firmware (with root) where my sim card is working. Only on AOSP rom my sim card doesn't work.

You can use 1)HuRUpdater together with b528 Oreo Firmware as @zgfg mentioned, but you have two options more:
2) Using one of the two Base Rom.zip from updated Rebrand Thread Post #2
3) Using eRecovery method
USB Cable connected with charging adapter, shutdown the phone.
Press Vol+ and Power Button (keep pressing) until phone reboot into eRecovery.
Click on "Download latest version and recovery"
