No - eRecovery is working only for Chinese Models.
In MRv3 Thread is in Post 3 or 4 (just look) a description how to go back to Stock.
Your question is off topic here, why you don't ask in MRv3 Thread?
You can also use the Rebrand Tool HWOTA7 for EVA (with "Change Firmware" and the right Firmware in the update folder) for going back to Stock.

First i flash via fastboot Twrp ???
S.nd i wipe dalvik, cache, system, data,???
3.rd i install Rom and Gapps???

No, flash system in fastboot, go to erecovery, make factory reset and boot up. Gapps are included allready.
PS: TWRP wont work with it.

Ok i downlod Build flashind system via fastboot.

Than boot into erecovery and do a factory Reset and thats all?? How i boot to E Recovery?? Power and Volplus?

Did you do Factoryreset with EMUI Stock Recovery before first Reboot to RROS?
I am just asking, because this is an important required step and written on Open Kirins Installation Guide.
If you didn't you can do it right now

i gues i got same problem. When i try to factory reset, it fails at 18% all time! so thats maybe reason camera isnt working for me, him!

Yes I did. Anyways I managed to fix it. Even after factory reset, you need to reboot after opening camera app. After reboot app worked just fine

Anyone having trouble using the Picture in Picture mode in RROS? I have enabled PiP in Apps & notifications. But when I press home button it just goes to home screen instead of PiP.

Actually you have to add the PiP quick tile to the notification toggle and when you are in a PiP enabled app, if you press the PiP toggle it will enable PiP for the app. The usual pressing home button way didn't work.
