Nope it hasn't been fixed and may not be fixed. The latest update was a few bug fixes and a newer security patch. I'd still use Resurrection Remix.

Do you know if I can get RR7 loaded on my AL00 after updating to the latest .135? I'm on .120 and the update popup is getting annoying. I don't want to update stock if I'm going to lose root but really not feeling going to RR7 either since it hasn't been updated since the beginning.

From what I've been seeing, yes you can. I personally haven't tried though as I sold my 20 X two weeks ago.
Ah crap. Now I'm thinking of selling off mine too. What phone did you get instead? Would miss the awesome camera if I left.
I bought a OnePlus 7 Pro. I missed all the development. There's no shortage of it with the 7 Pro. I've been running Havoc on it. It's easily the best custom ROM I've ever used on any device.

I'm gun shy about +$700 phones at this point. So many other lower priced ones offering flagship performance. Thinking about the Xiaomi K20 Pro. Just want a good camera and decent performance. and to be able to tinker when I am bored. I dread how much I will lose on selling this thing.
I would do the same but in my area if the phone doesn't have band 12 you're not getting service indoors. A lot of these great Chinese devices don't have band 12 so unfortunately they are useless to me.
Just a fyi for anyone that will try to install RR after updating to .123, it doesn't work. End up with boot looping. Had to do erecovery to get going again.
@ajsmsg78 going to be looking around for a deal on the OnePlus 7 pro. Non pro version is on sale but not sure it's worth the compromise. Mate 20X with debloated China apps is wife's new phone. :angel:

You can get a lightly used OnePlus 7 Pro off swappa for between $600 and $650. That will save you $100 including the tax. I'm going to look at the Note 10 Plus tomorrow just to compare the two.
Guys, I got note 8, now looking at note 10+, it's bit wider...I like big phones. Now I'm thinking about mate 20 x. Camera is my first priority, second would be price, and third rooting etc. This mate 20x ticks lot of stuff, I'm just scared that camera is not as good as note 10+ (I can handle if it's a bit worse but not if it's much worse). I just love flat screens so + for mate 20x ...Also I know huawei is ''dull'' with roms etc...Did you get tired of mate 20x fast or there is some tweeks here and there. Is root even possible now? When I think about mate 20x and note 10+ it looks like mate 20x ticks more boxes for me (flat screen, speakers, battery, price). Note on the other hand camera, customization, maybe even look of the device...damn just cant decide...

It's getting cheap now just buy one if you don't like it sell it won't lost too much, if you like big screen and loud clear speaker the Mate 20X wont to turn you down but note 10 plus has better screen and higher resolution water proof and also better camera, Mate 20X camera also nice, get both maybe 
Whats the best rom for the mate20x for saving pics to sd card and better battery life?
I am using it as a daily driver. Used preview 1 for a while before that. Surprisingly good for a "preview" and works well for my simple needs. It is close to vanilla AOSP with a few stock bits. Play services and store are included but can be disabled. Nice to see quality work being done on this device.
I'm also using it as a daily driver. Not as custimizable as OMNI but amazingly stable and functional.
I have, aome problems with root and fingerprint sensor but beside that, no major flows or problems. Really looking fordward to see the evolution of this roms.

Yes, it's pretty stable as a daily driver. Only downside is that it isn't as customizable as the remix rom.
The 10 preview ROMs are using the stock Huawei camera. Only tried a couple of test shots, but seems to work the same as on stock ROM. Open Camera from F-Droid also works, but with (to my eye) worse results.
