Download PC software of Kingroot or from Direct link 15MB

1. Make sure phone is not connected to system
2. Install software.
3. then start software.
4. connect phone to system.
5. wait for phone get detected by software.
6. then click blue circle tab.
7. wait for task to finish.
8. you will see green check mark.
9. DONE.

IF THIS DIDN'T worked, uninstall all 3 kingroot apps from mobile..
reboot, then install again, kingroot app, then only if required, follow above steps.

3 app's are as :
1. KingRoot
2. KingUser
3. KingMaster

you can't replace kingroot with supersu, maybe new version doesn't support given replacement method,
you can uninstall preinstalled apps from kinguser app manager, that will be installed with kingroot.
Im followin ur step..
And yes it didn't work.. Got stuck on progress and then the device not rooted (cross on red bubble appear as not green tick)

Now i tried to unninstall all king app..
Kingroot and master uninstalled successfully, but how i can uninstall kinguser since it become built-in apps.. All i can do just disable this app.

I use this. Method
This chineese kinguser app
It after installation and rooting give me the root permissions and i use a programm like no frills cpu control that require root permission
But after restart my phone it gives. Me failed permission
Root not installed succesfully what to do now i didn't want to harm my phone
This problem is being random to some people. 10 people, two at most have this problem. The system reinstallation most often solves the problem. Soon after reinstall the system, the first thing to do is use the kingroot and see if any incompatible app.

Root Xperia T2 Ultra Dual using King root

Hello all

Thank you so much for this simple method of rooting, I even tested with root checker and it says my device is rooted. But I still can't uninstall the bloatware, why is that so? Can anyone help please?

1. flash 5.0.2
2. install kingroot apk
3. restart, you'll have root access 100%
4. in kinguser there is option as uninstall for preinstalled / system apps.

Kingroot to SuperSU (manual way)

So, tried this evening, and it works! Well, at least to the phone that I was testing :silly:
Sorry if the command isn't exactly organized, but it works.

Firstly, You have to be rooted with Kingroot
And then, download the latest SuperSU, here (at the moment, the latest stable is v2.46)

1. extract the zip to your sdcard (so, it will be /sdcard/UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46)
2. enter an adb shell, and gain root. Do not close this shell until you're absolutely done
Code:
$ adb shell
$ su
3. enter the extracted zip folder
Code:
# cd /sdcard/UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46
4. copy "chattr.pie" under the "arm" folder to /data/local/tmp, and chmod it to 0755
Code:
# cp ./arm/chattr.pie /data/local/tmp/chattr.pie
# chmod 0755 /data/local/tmp/chattr.pie
5. remount /system partition to R/W (You can also do this via some file explorer, like ES)
Code:
# mount -o rw,remount /system
6. type this
Code:
# cp /sdcard/UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46/arm/su /system/xbin/daemonsu
# chmod 0755 /system/xbin/daemonsu
# /system/xbin/daemonsu -d
7. Uninstall Kingroot (Open the app -> settings -> toggle off all of this: Root Permission, Smart Authorization, and Backup Root Permission. And then click "Remove Root Permission")
8. type this
Code:
# cp /sdcard/UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46/arm/su /system/xbin/su
# chmod 0755 /system/xbin/su
# /data/local/tmp/chattr.pie -ia /system/xbin/supolicy
# rm /system/xbin/supolicy
# /data/local/tmp/chattr.pie -ia /system/bin/install-recovery.sh
# /data/local/tmp/chattr.pie -ia /system/etc/install-recovery.sh
# rm /system/bin/install-recovery.sh
# rm /system/etc/install-recovery.sh
# rm /system/kroot_*
9. Now, install SuperSU from PlayStore, or from Superuser.apk in the extracted zip folder earlier
10. Open SuperSU, it will ask to update the binary, choose normal mode
11. After the installation is finished, you can reboot your phone :highfive:

This post is inspired by "bakageta's quick and dirty Kingo > SuperSU script", go thank him/her :D

Unfortunately: after replace KingRoot to SuperSU - 99% you will NOT get write to /system and you will get phone that will became extra slow on any action.
BUT on 4pda.ru we found solution (for now - not checked new kernel+recovery from Dev post):
1) after you replace KingRoot with SuperSU and restarted - as fast as you can: open SuperSU and remove root completely from SuperSU settings
2) install KingRoot again and root your device again
3) if your device restarted and KingRoot will say "no success, submit report" - uninstall KingRoot, install it back and repeat
4) usually on second (but sometimes on 3rd or 4th attempt) you will get root
5) reboot your phone and try to mount /system to R/W mode: if you allowed to do that - you're rooted

Same here, seems its only a temp root solution.
