May I ask if anyone flashed this mod successfully on H818P (Dual sim) version? I really want to use this mod but there's no recovery on my phone, I'm a bit scared!

I have a H818P running 10e. I have attached the 2 stock xml files, can someone help please by editing them correctly (I keep messing it up it seems) and re uploading them please? I don't necessarily need two options for 30 and 60 fps I am happy just to edit the standard 1080p to use 60fps by default. I also don't need anything done to the 4k profile as I never use it. Thanks.
OK so I managed to sort it now. Modded files for 10e attached if anyone needs them.

No the Raw is even compressed with the G4, only 20mo, instead of 30mo with Camera FV-5 for instance.Yes, 100% for JPEG compression. And RAW... Well, RAW is raw
Did you guys notice that fullhd recordings are much worser quality than UHD ? I recorder flowing river water yesterday in fhd and uhd and the difference in quality was at least big. Im really suprised by UHD mode in G4. Its mindblowing!
I have some more question. What was stock quality of the photo ? In this mod its 100%, so until now i was taking shots at 75% or... ?
And just to clarify 60fps mod is for FHD only or for both fhd/uhd ?

There is a difference between data compression (like ZIP) and data reduction (what JPEG uses). Maybe FV5 uses a lower compression ratio, but there is no difference in quality compared to the stock camera APP when using the RAW mode.
I think the FULL HD is bad, that's why you can see a huge difference with 4K video in a 1080p screen.
No, in the raw picture taken with LG app you can see darker corner and green tint, with Camera FV-5 there isn't this problem, so there is a difference in quality.
Anybody have any idea what causes the break of the front camera recording in 3rd party apps? I've ported the mod over to the newer base where slow-mo is in a new tab and all works but no front cam recording in snapchat is starting to bug me... Guess I can 1 by 1 mod the files until it stops working.

Off the bat, it's definitely something in media_profiles.xml causing front facing recording to fail in 3rd party apps. I've increased the image quality to 100% so far and it works... Also have 60fps enabled and all works. Now to up the bit rates...

So from my previous edit, i just modded the 1080p profile to 60 fps and no front cam recording in 3rd party apps... This may be the problem.

Found the error... I successfully raised the image quality to 100% and raised the bitrates and still have the front cam recording. changing the fps from 30 to 60 in the media_profiles.xml kills it. Now to find a fix...

Think I got it all sorted out. Got working 60fps and working front facing camera in 3rd party apps. Will post a flashable tonight.
