Root Access

I did a full format to my phone installed back cm12..
I used to be rooted but now root checker is getting me an error.
"Root is not properly installed on this device"
Tried flashing back s4mini rootkit several times but still having problems..any help?

SEARCH BEFORE STARTING NEW THREADS.
Look in the cm12 q/a thread.
You must flash latest supersu and enable root access in developer options.

I think all these are done but still same problem..and su says some weird stuff about su binaries and android 5....

Factory reset, use developer settings or flash latest update-SuperSU-v2.45.zip
