[ROOT+BB+CWM] ICS and non rootable GB build

Upgrade from rooted .58 to ICS 4.0.4 worked flawless, I hadn't a single bootloop. Now let me go enjoy my rooted ICS

EDIT: V6 Supercharger scripts failed to detect root status. It says it can't find superuser.apk. Do you know what happened?

thats too bad. i really want to use v6supercharger after i root ics.

any solutions? or maybe you havent actually rooted your phone yet nitewolf?

I can't access CWM.
I used SE Extreme Tweak Installer v1.8.

it's look like busybox was not installed,and busybox not include from that tool.
you can install busybox from market or you can use Easy CWM Recovery install that i made.

I'm planing to do more complex script including rooting with zergrush method,busybox and cwm installer in one script.

Yeah, I found a workaround for this. You will need CWM, tough. Google Superuser SU website, access ChainDD page and download the full zip installation and flash it through CWM. Then go to Market and download Busybox Installer from stericsson and install Busybox through it. Start zeppelinrox starter kit within smanager and it will fix SU binaries and install proper Busybox version.

Gave me some work, but it worked

The latest.

It is simpler than you imagine.

1. Follow puppeth13 tutorial and get an ICS rooted rom;
2. Intall CWM using this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pvy.CWMinstaler&hl=pt_BR
3. Flash this zip to replace SU files: http://downloads.androidsu.com/superuser/Superuser-3.0.7-efghi-signed.zip
4. Install busybox from this link (select /xbin folder): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=stericson.busybox&hl=pt_BR
5. Reboot.
6. Run Zep Starter kit before running Supercharger and you would be fine.

And honestly I don't know if all these steps are necessary (try first from step 4 and ahead). But it was what I did.

Yes. You need a rooted device to perform this as stated in first post.
