Install it by odin don't tick reparations don't tick auto reboot after u see passed in odin hold power key home key volume up + down key twice when device turn on when u feel vibrate then just release volume down key then you'll in twrp mode then go to wipe and format data twice 2 time then go to main menu of twrp and go to install and flash supersu latest version zip file version (V2.82) then reboot your phone (put supersu in sd card)

As i understand by your steps
1.flash twrp with odin
2.boot directly to twrp instead of system
3.format data twice
4.flash supersu (file is in external memory)
5. Reboot....
Is this ok ?
