Ok. I have finally rooted this phone. First we need to do a simpIe bootloader unlock from fastboot. I have compiled a stable version of TWRP 3.0.2 from raw sources. Just flash the recovery by fastboot command. "fastboot flash recovery TWRP_3.0.2.2-moto_E3_power.img" and boot into recovery from fastboot. Flash SuperSU-v2.78-201609011115.zip because it will automatically patch the boot img.

My Google Drive link for TWRP recovery:- https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BylQ6RZ2mIP_cElxMzFoRVEyRDg/view?usp=sharing
4shared link:- http://www.4shared.com/file/EREZ0KcBba/TWRP_3022-moto_E3_power.html
SuperSu:- http://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/supersu/2014-09-02-supersu-v2-05-t2868133

We can make CM 12.1/CM 13/CM 14 because they are fully working on mt6735 devices. They are very stable. I am ready with the kitchen if I get some help.

 is this procedure only for unlock bootloader ?

Sir dm.faramoze
Can you plz make a new original foolproof thread for root guide. Plz as soon as possible

 is this procedure only for unlock bootloader ?

The tutorial is perfect with every functions of TWRP recovery working absolutely fine. Root requires an UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER. After rooting, the device has sustained minor mods like adding a few more lines in build.prop even with the DM-Verity (system-write protection).

Custom ROM is taking time because of lack of kernel sources. There is a flood of mt6735 cross-port roms on the internet but there are driver conflicts with the port roms so I have put it on hold.

The other reason for making a custom rom is that the Stock firmware of Lenovo Moto E3 power SDK has CellLocation(API1), NeighboringCellinfo(API3) and Cellinfo(API17) which does not proper VOLTE-LTE information.

build.prop tweaks to improve radio-ril-telephony-network performance attached in the picture. Done using root explorer.

Having issues with xposed framework. Worked well with gravity box.. not all the features. when activating features that requires reboot made the mobile soft brick and stuck in moto logo itself.

Same happened with amplify apk in xposed frame work. hence I stopped using xposed.
