Root for NK1?

I have been looking around for a way to root my S4 running NK1 and haven't found anything that really tells me much. It looks like I can odin back to NC5 I think, root, and then go up from there but the problem is the only link to a NC5 tar file I have found is going to take over a day to download.

Anyone have any ideas or links to a tar file that won't take forever to download?

Thanks, I managed to get it rooted, and now for some reason I will get random reboots on the phone.... sometimes after 5 minutes, sometimes after 10 minutes. This is really starting to get on my last nerve.
