I don't mean to be paranoid, but have any wiser devs than I verified that no other malicious software was installed by vroot (.exe makes me nervous)? I usually only download tools if somebody on xda has given it the thumbs up.

Only one person out of the many who have used the Vroot tool has reported an alleged connection between the tool and malicious software. Thanks - just rooted successfully - what a great (simple) tool - Vroot has been updated recently and now has English text on the UI and installs SuperSU (versus the chinese superuser mentioned in many of the earlier threads) ...confirm.

If you update via any method other than OTA, it is likely you will lose root access.4.3 update just came up for me on my SGP311. Can anybody verify that updating will not remove root?
