I can't test dual-sim, but i don't see any major bug, but some Huawei apps such Updater and File Manager are missing...the real problem is that we cannot already downgrade to Marshmallow due to the lack of rollback packages...downgrading in dload fails (i tested it yesterday)
so you mean dual sim not working?? but if I reflash stock rom using dload will it work or not?
i mean i've only one sim + microsd. Reflashing stock will NOT work until Honor release a rollback package...so i don't reccomend to flash.
oh I see,did you receive any updates or something?
The only bugs i can see so far are:
magazine unlock not working, cant get it to work no matter what
sometimes the background of the notification shade is black instead of showing a darkened background of whats behind
everything else is fine, though i dont know about dual sim

I installed 7.0 from the provided link and everything works perfectly. This phone is now super smooth, very quick and sips battery... huge difference! Feels better than my Moto Z.

Do you have the same bug like me? Magazine unlock not working and when you open the notification shade on homescreen and change brightness then the background of the shade will be black everywhere?

I do not have the shade problem you describe, but magazine unlock is not working for me either - not really a feature I'm interested in personally.

Did not realise that 5.0 would revert to stock recovery.

Obviously MM recovery would be a bad idea to flash. Anyone know of a working Nougat recovery?

You need to got to the Huawei P9 LITE XDA forums. There is a recovery called revolution recovery there that you can download and flash. It works on our 6X , but be aware it can't mount data or internal SD, only the system partition and external SD are mounted correctly, but for flashing root , viper4android etc it is perfectly fine.

Ah, awkward. I need the sdcard slot for my other sim. I assume that can be flashed by fastboot which means that I will have to flash SuperSU via fastboot too. I can live with that I guess!

You can't flash via fastboot. You need to install the recovery and then use the ADB side load mode yes that works

It seems the only way forward! Can't go back to 4.1, and need root in the waiting period while LineageOS gains some maturity. Also, emui 5 is rather very nice tbh!
