don't worry about CWM, it won't stay after flashing. i had it installed on GB, and after flashing ICS it was gone. but you can install it again, if you need it

If i reflashed using flashtool, will i lose root?

yes, you'll lose root, but with the solution from first page, you'll get it back

Does anyone have release notes for this? Anyone noticed a difference from previous baseband?
it's the same baseband with the ICS Beta released by Sony a few weeks ago, and in that version there were a few things that didn't work

USB debugging is on ? , or try reinstalling adb driver

If i root my phone wil my apps get deleted ?or is there a chance of bricking the phone ?
no, no apps will be deleted, as for bricking, i don't think so :)

Build No. - 4.1.A.0.562
Kernel - 2.6.32.9
Android Version - 4.0.3

I have a two questions :

1. How to un-root after rooting by this method.
2. Is this method safe.

1. unroot by flashing again the android on your phone
2. yes, it's safe, 'till now no bricks reported
