Hi
Is here someone from Warsaw Poland who will be able to root my XZP?
It is to complicated for me - I stopped on Xperia T.
I do not want to brick my phone.

Anyone?
Regards
Sobee

It sounds complicated but if you do it step by step it's not. Don't bother with custom roms at first, just unlock the bootloader. Then you can root with Magisk. After that you'll be wanting to do more. It can be addictive. Best to have a backup phone, plus back up your data, at the very least make sure you have a Google Drive backup of your phone. Make sure your pics and vids are backed up to the web on Google Photos or stored on the external sd card (music too). I use SMS Backup app to backup call and txt history. Backup Whatsapp if you use it. Back up any other social media apps. Then set up your backup phone using the restore options of the above apps. Once that phone is ready to be used as your primary phone...no fear. These phones are fairly hard to brick. There's usually a way out of bootloops and such. Did I mention "backup" enough?

I wouldn't add the extra hassle of backing up DRM or TA. This phone works fine without doing that, plus that just adds a whole lot more complications for the OP.

And that are things I am afraid of which I do no not understand
TA partitioms, DRM backups and the rest....
I'm still not sure that photos quality is not whorse, greens etc

I just want to root, nothing else, i do not need any other firmware

Mine is unlocked and rooted, never had any issues because of it. Don't worry about the TA and DRM stuff. If you're on Pie the camera works just fine. There may be some functions that don't, but quite frankly, I bought my phone to be a phone, not a camera. I've soft bricked this thing so many times I lost count. If you're uncomfortable doing it, that's fine. There's a way to remove bloatware through adb without unlocking and rooting, or, just enjoy the phone as is.
