This is for locked bootloader.

This methods work for 6.1.1.B.1.75 as well.

REQUIREMENT (included)

- Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry
- Xperia P LT22_6.1.1.B.1.54_Kernel.ftf
- Xperia P LT22_6.1.B.0.599_Kernel.ftf
- Xperia P LT22_6.1.1.B.1.75_Kernel.ftf

INSTRUCTION
Root for 6.1.1.B.1.75:
- Flash 6.1.B.0.599_Kernel via FlashTool
- Reboot then run Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry
- Flash 6.1.1.B.1.75_Kernel via FlashTool


Root for 6.1.1.B.1.54:
- Flash 6.1.B.0.599_Kernel via FlashTool
- Reboot then run Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry
- Flash 6.1.1.B.1.54_Kernel via FlashTool

Im on the first step, flashed it with the old kernel, and apart from the sony is totaly bugged, cant see nothing i can't execute the Root from my pc, the error is:

Waiting for device to come up...
adb server is out of date. Killing...
Error: device not found...

And i have debug mode enabled on my phone..

what rom your phone on. Make sure your adb driver work (check with FlashTool)

You sure, it should be 6.1.B.0.599 and not 559?
I can not find 599 anywhere...

    Can we flash a kernel with locked bootloader?

    Yes, you can, but only factory kernels.

    This method works like a charm, now I have root on my locked bootloader P running 6.1.1.B.1.54.

    Hi All,

    when i test this method after flash kernel .559 my screen is black and no access to pin code or main menu.
    i have to flash the kernel .54 to find a proper functioning.
    GSm stock unroot and BL locked with the last upgrade 6.1.1.B.54
    anyone can help me to root my phone ?
