It’s mediatek device and is impossible unlock bootloader.Any of you know any methods to root it?

Looks like no offical unlock, your best bet is probably this:

I suspect it's probably doable, but may require hardware method(disable emmc) to enter brom mode, idk. Not much info out there and I don't have the device to test myself.
