1- Download this program to your computer.
http://www.mediafire.com/download/y8dz608v3ck89p1/Note_3_Verizon_5.0_ROOT_Tool_BY_CDMA-YEMEN.exe
2- Turn on your device go to settings and open Developer options.
3- In developer options enable USB debugging.
4-Go to your computer and open the program that you downloaded
5- connect your device to your computer and click "Scan" on the one click root program.
6- If the program finds your device, just relax and enjoy root when it's done.

This program works on windows 8 and 10
That's it!!!
im on it 10 minutes already at 26 percent is there something wrong does it take that long? oi

does this leave remnants of any unwanted files that need to be cleaned after root?

I would go back to 4.4.3 right away if there was a way and use safestrap! I cant get supersu to work. and have not found a way to get twrp or cwm in it either. for now I am using titainium for backup. Just need this dang bootloader unlocked.

yes, i am on the 5.0 . I was on 4.4.3 but the ota got me a year ago! even had block ota on it and took updater out and it still got me onver night! made me mad! been waiting for this and rooted , the one click would not work! so I had to just use the odin update and re root with the first of1 one they had out with tar.1 and tar.2 and got root back. superSU doesnt work and I locked it up trying to put in cwm or twrp! So i am back to dang kingroot! safestrap does not work wither on this rooted method. Amie.

The root tool will see my device, says that root is installing, and then my phone restarts into download mode, windows explorer crashes, then comes back up without a taskbar, and the root tool progresses to 26% and stays stuck there. Any tips?

Sweet ! worked good for me, now since rooted, is there any way to put a rom on it, if so, which ones will work. Also, what bloatware is safe to remove ?

Worked great on my end, installed SuperSU from the market. Now to see what I an do next, get rid of all the stock bloat maybe.

Glad to hear it, Yacdogg and Ellises!

Now that you're rooted, you can install any ROM which is based on the stock Samsung TouchWiz ROM (since the bootloader is still locked). I installed JasmineROM, following these instructions:

How to install Jasmine Rom 6.1(as stock rom) on Verizon note 3-ROOTED

As for bloatware, I recommend checking out the list provided by gatesjunior, the author of DeBloater (his program can disable apps without root, but the list is good for removing bloat after root, IMO):

V3.90 Debloater(Lets remove all that carrier bloat !! Root not required..) by gatesjunior

Enjoy root! :D
