I love the work hackers do, I hate that I don't have a copy of Windows to use it, device
hacks being released in a Windows executable. >_<

Its like starving to death even though you have popcorn because you no microwave to cook it in.

No love for the Linux kernel that Android is based on.

Thanks for this cityyemen. It worked for me on the first try and took 1 min 49 seconds. No hiccups, nothing. Downloaded SuperSU and sure enough it worked.:D

Still alleged that no root for the SM-N900V on Android 5.0 exists. Will this actually work?
It rooted my wife's Verizon note 3. It installs King root. If u search in XDA there is a one click method that installs supersu

Flashfire will not work with this post method. Flashfire needs SuperSU access, and this is kingroot access. There is a one click method that installs SuperSU instead of kingroot that I posted earlier
Okay I did buy supersume to get supersu so I should be good, right?

Maybe. SuperSU me is a hit or miss with the newer kingroot app.
Gotcha. It seems to have worked. KingRoot is gone and I have SuperSU now. It is prompting me to grant root access for the necessary apps so hopefully Flashfire will work. I guess I'll give it a shot.
