Go and get any of the OB6/OF1/PL1 factory firmware (for the SM-N900V) from sammobile.com and flash it using Odin. Note that you will lose 100% of the content on your phone doing this..I rooted my SM-N900V (unlocked Verizon Note 3) using this root, and it appeared successful.
When the phone reboots, it says "custom" and has an open lock logo. After that, it changes to a red Verizon screen, and never boots up.
To repair, I rebooted the phone into recovery mode, wiped the cache partition, and rebooted the phone.
Then, when I rebooted the phone, I have the same problem.
What can I do to get my phone back? This is my first time rooting.
Thanks.

Why would you put batter in your phone? Was it cake or cookie batter?it DID NOT work... even downloaded app in play store to see if it tested positive for root, yes but it would not let me use rooted software and when I restarted my sm-N900v it loaded a black screen then crash and restarted. I get a msg (process system isn't responding)my phone is trashed and keeps restarting with no luck of working etc...
WARRNING THIS 1 CLICK fix busted my note 3 sm-n900v
ok it worked after I took batter out and held power button as it was starting.
Make sure you're in developer mode and USB debugging is turned on. That yemen tool is the only savior to root the stupid Note 3 n900v.. and it has to be on OF1. And yeah it sucks if you flash to stock, you will have to unlock bootloader all over again which is a pain in the ass.I'm very confused. I'm in a unique situation and I'm deeply confused. I have a Cid 15 verizon note 3. I already unlocked the bootloader. I was having issues with getting service on all aosp and stock based Roms, it was very weird to me. Sim was detected, the base band was detected and it read my phone number but yet it refused to connect to verizon. So I did a full flash to pl1 and didnt know that it reset the boot loader, I didnt even know it did that, LESSON LEARNED. so I downgraded to OF1 and now I can't root the damn thing even with Yemen?!!!??? Im so confused!!!!!!
I got it fixed awhile back but I still have issues with Verizon on custom Roms, but Verizon has always had issues with custom roms and root access.Make sure you're in developer mode and USB debugging is turned on. That yemen tool is the only savior to root the stupid Note 3 n900v.. and it has to be on OF1. And yeah it sucks if you flash to stock, you will have to unlock bootloader all over again which is a pain in the ass.
