Root read only NO write

Hello I have root but in adb can only read NO write access if I install ES file Explorer or Titanium it wont let me enable root explorer and then mount after.

I can view files in adb and file explorer but cant delete or write etc . Thanks

Have you tried to remount the file system? It is probably mounted read only
