Do you have Android usb drivers and adb installed on your pc ? If so , connect device to pc and boot into csc mode (bootloader), then in command prompt do the command "fastboot devices" if the serial number of your device appears, that's indicating that you have usb debugging enabled and something can still be done.So check it out. And if not, then so sorry.......!

But I can't flash TWRP here.
It says

Look bro, that's not possible, this is telling me you did not follow my guide, Asus flash tool is a tool used to flash service firmware (raw.zip) or you probably just did not do anything, or did it wrong((.

Or maybe you just connected you phone in recovery mode instead of CSC mode ? Just can't figure it, I'm suspecting you didn't do anything from the guide!

Can u share the twrp file for ZenFone Max (sd615/8939) version?Root Guide for Zenfone Max on Snapdragon 410 (1st Gen):
Warning: Rooting a device automatically voids the warranty. We assume you know what you are doing and we shall not take any responsibility if your device blows up in your face. Be warned.
Root Video Tutorial:
Note: Skip to the middle of the video for English instructions. Download links are in the video's description, as well as links to the Unroot Video guide.
ROOT for Zenfone Max Marshmallow
You must be on MM build .46 and up for this to work.
Download MM bootloader unlock tool here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B-0qEY9zypslUTFKRE5CQUU5OFk
Download SuperSU zip here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B-0qEY9zypslT1VBMTJvbkNydTA
Install and open the Asus Bootloader Unlock Tool and unlock the bootloader.
Follow the instructions in the video to flash TWRP.
Remember to boot straight to TWRP after flashing is successful.
Install the SuperSU zip.
Congratulations, you now have a rooted phone.

Unrooting Zenfone MAX:
New official updates are scheduled to be released soon and the phone has to be unrooted for them to be installed.
Go to the SuperSU application settings to do a full unroot then reboot the phone.
Follow TWRP instructions in the video above to flash stock recovery.
Reboot Phone.
You can now install the updates.
After installing updates, you can re-root the phone
