Texas bitches!!!
How long was it stuck at "flashing recovery"? I'm thinking at this point it should be flashing the recovery in bootloader but my phone has completed booted back up while it says trying to flash recovery. Is the phone supposed to be fully booted back up while recovery is trying to load? Thanks

EDIT: So I manually turned off phone and went into bootloader/fastboot, program recognized phone again and says completed installation of recovery. Now, it's stuck at "rebooting..." but the phone has already rebooted. Any ideas?

EDIT2: After being unable to get program to get past stuck on "rebooting", I decided to force stop the program. Loaded the one click root program. Did that so that rooted me. This program did successfully unlock me through HTCDEV which was really cool to watch. After being unlocked and rooted now, I went ahead with the loading of the TWRP recovery via the terminal. So...after all is said and done, I've am now ready to flash! Thank you OP for putting this out bro. Sorry I ran into trouble but this is impressive man! Keep up the great work. Just wanted you to know my experience.

I had to run twice because the first time it got stuck on flashing recovery but I ran it again and it worked perfect! Thanks for this root tool for dummies and stoners like me :D

error...

I keep getting an error while trying to retrieve my unlock_code.bin. It says it most likely a htcdev.com problem. I have ran this like 3 times now and keep getting the same error. Any help would be much appreciated!

Stupid question but what version should I be using? x64 or x86? I am using a win 7 machine. I have the drivers up to date as well as .net 4.0

I was worried my radios were scrambled but apparently Network Vision is going on directly in my area I'm in one of the markets in Round 1 of LTE Roll out

Does this root method achieve S-off or do we need to take the extra step like we did with the 3D to flash the kernel first???
