If I had all the time in the world, I would redo the video! Why? Because I'd have the rooter thing further to the left (where a bunch of screen realestate (I have no clue how to spell that) is being wasted), and have the video of my phone to the right of it... It would be much larger and easier to see the phone too... That's the biggest difference between me and other YouTubers... I spend HOURS and HOURS (KILLING my days off from work) trying to make my videos perfect. I don't slap it together and then get started on my next video, that took me 9 minutes to record, slap my name somewhere on the video, and upload that. I try very hard. I'm not completely satisfied with this video, as I realized I could of had the rooter thing to the far left and made the overlay of my phone a little bigger. But hey, in 1080p, it's pretty clear as it is.Oh man, it's great, thanks for making this! I gave it a huge Thumbs up on YouTube tooAdding it to the second post

When I start the program and connect my phone I get the message that the phone is not a Sprint HTC EVO 4G LTE . What am I doing wrong? I am already rooted is this the problem?
No! Your warranty is void via HTC, NOT Sprint! I thought the same thing at first, trust me. But Sprint will load the factory software on it (attempt to) and if it's still messing up, they will replace it!Question about the voiding the warranty; since this method registers your device with HTC, what is voiding the warranty going to effect? If my battery fails in two months and I take the phone to a Sprint store, will they tell me its not covered because my phone is registered as unlocked and the warranty is void.
Also, will this registration effect TEP as well?
Worked like a champ. Thanks alot man.Mount your ext sdcard in recovery, no need to put on your internal (though for future ref, put your roms on the internal for faster flashing).
As for your original problem, make sure you installed Busybox as well. Should fix your issue.

Awesome! Thanks for confirming that!!I did NOT lose anything off of my internal SD, meaning the "phone" folder that opens up when you connect the phone to a PC using Media Sync (I do not have a physical SD card in my phone at the moment). My pictures were still in DCIM, my downloads were still in Download, and my Fresh 5 zip is still on the root of the directory waiting to be flashed.I assume my TitaniumBackup folder is also there waiting for me, but I have to get a file explorer to see that since MTP won't allow me to see it over my USB connection.
So thanks!
Yeah I'm pretty sure it's because you RUUd your phone too, that'll wipe the internal sd storageAwesome! Thanks for confirming that!!
Fuuuuuuuu! Why didn't I THINK OF THAT!!!!! **facepalm**Yeah I'm pretty sure it's because you RUUd your phone too, that'll wipe the internal sd storage
I have proof that it will happen when you FIRST install custom recovery!it wont boot into recovery, it just restarts
