I did it that way last Thursday. U put the Unlock_code.bin in the same folder as the fastboot files right and used fastboot

flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin

at the same prompt you using to get token? It is case sensitive I believe

yep did that and it just sits there till i unplug the phone

Just get the zip from chainfire. It's what the op has been telling people to do for a long time... It would make it a lot easier on the op if you just read what he's been telling you people to do.:..

I just downloaded from the OP, using what seems to be the latest update. After it's done, when I went to "About" in the Settings menu, it says my software version is 1.13.651.1 710RD.

Is this correct? Shouldn't there be a later version?

I'm sorry I didn't see chainfir mentioned. But you are insane if you think that its easier to go to chain fire and search for it instead of just putting it in the op... its like saying going a mile out of the way is a shortcut.... :/

I'm sorry it is so difficult for you to go to the op and click on chainfire's link... And click download. Life is so tough these days that you have to click something to get it. Oh no... I have to go walk to the microwave and make my lunch now. Life sucks.

Let me give you a hand. Under the section labeled "Special Thanks" look for Chainfire - SuperSu. Click "SuperSu." This will take you to Chainfire's download thread. Download the file and move it to the root of your sd card prior to using regaw's root method.

I'm guessing you're talking about the HTCdev part? Could be some of the accounts I use are shut down.

I think I found the issue for the zip not being pushed. I'm building it again soon.

Dan I just downloaded the rooter on my phone so I could PM the file you asked for. But it downloaded as .bin and says I can't open. I renamed to .zip and opened but nothing inside. Not sure what to do.

That's cool, I'm going to be home tonight after my show and I'll just fix the rooter, I think it's because of some tests I ran didn't include everything before that and the timing of the pushing is before init.d actually sets the mount points for /sdcard and /sdcard2

I was wondering if there has been anything going on with the email accounts you use to get your unlock codes? I have run regawmod about 20 times now and I keep getting the same error:
